COWTOWN SHOWDOWN RULES:

 

1. Participants will not be allowed to abuse, strike, kick, hit, or mistreat animals. Any unethical treatment of animals will result in exhibitor being dismissed from the show

2. The I'm In It 2 Win It Series,Billy Bob's or Ft Worth Stockyards will not be responsible for any accidents.

3. Each exhibitor/owner must assume all liability in case of death or injury to his/her animal and any injury or death incurred by his/her animal.

4. The I'm In It 2 Win It Series will not and cannot be held responsible for any injury or harm to person or animal.

5. Each exhibitor/owner must assume all liability in case of death or injury to his/her animal and any injury or death incurred by his/her animal.

6. All exhibitors will be responsible for their own tack and show supplies.

7. The I'm In It 2 Win It Series is not responsible for any theft of property.

8. Shavings  and Straw are the only bedding allowed Shavings must be purchased at grounds,if Straw is used  as bedding exhibitor is responsible to remove the Straw from pens..

9. Payback amounts are based on a 500 (per species) head show, paybacks can be prorated if show is less than 250 every exhibitor understands and agrees that when you submit entry,the rules on the Website are the Official rules and supersede any advertisement.

10. Appropriate show dress is required. No T-shirts or tennis shoes allowed unless it is a official  T-shirt sponsored by the Show.

11. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner, such as good sportsmanship, no bad language or disrespectful behavior. (in or out of ring)

12. Every Breed,and Supreme Champion must make agree to be interviewed by Official Media and must have a Official Portrait taken before awards are issued.

13. NO TRAILERS ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN THE COLISEUM AND THE PENS.. IT IS A FIRE LANE AND YOU WILL BE TICKETED ALL TRAILERS MUST PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING.

14. NO CATTLE CAN BE STALLED UNDER THE BARNS.

15. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE COLISEUM OR BILLY BOB'S YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK IN THE STOCKYARDS ABSOLUTELY  NO BOTTLES!!!

16. I'm In It 2 Win It has the right to dismiss or ban any person or persons for not complying or obeying these rules.

17. I'm In It 2 Win It reserves the right to refuse any entries.

18. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

19. ENTRIES MUST BE PAID ONLINE, IF YOU NEED TO MAIL A CHECK YOU MUST POST MARK IT 3 DAYS AFTER YOU SUBMIT ENTRIES... ANYTHING AFTER THAT IS LATE AND WILL INCUR $50.00 LATE FEE.

20. No refunds of Entry Fees.

21. In Case of Inclement weather we will reschedule no refund on fees.
